Know more about us: Brief about the Team The Control Tower/ Complaint team at Tata 1mg is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations and logistics aspects of the company-s healthcare platform. They play a crucial role in ensuring smooth coordination, visibility, and efficiency across different functions and processes within the organization. Their primary objective is to optimize the supply chain and operational processes to meet customer demands effectively. This includes closely monitoring and managing procurement, inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution. The team utilizes advanced technologies and tools to track and monitor the status, location, and movement of products and services in real-time, ensuring operational visibility. They also proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, such as disruptions in supply, quality issues, or regulatory compliance. The Control Tower /Complaint team works closely with various stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to address operational challenges and optimize processes. They continuously analyze key performance indicators to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and streamlining of activities, contributing to overall operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction. What will you do: Supply Chain Monitoring: The team is responsible for closely monitoring all aspects of the supply chain, including inventory levels, product movements, and transportation status. Real-time Visibility: They ensure real-time visibility into the entire supply chain, enabling quick decision-making and proactive responses to any issues or delays that may arise. Coordination: The team coordinates with various stakeholders, such as suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, and distribution centers, to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries. Risk Management: They identify potential risks and disruptions in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks effectively. Data Analysis: Utilizing advanced data analytics, the team analyzes supply chain data to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve overall efficiency. Process Optimization: They continuously review and refine supply chain processes to eliminate bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency. Technology Integration: The team leverages technology and supply chain management tools to streamline processes and enhance visibility across the supply chain network. Performance Tracking: They establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the performance of the supply chain and identify areas for improvement. Collaboration: They work closely with other departments within Tata 1mg, such as procurement, sales, and customer service, to align supply chain operations with overall business objectives. What we are looking for : Completed master-s degree. Should have 2-3 yrs of experience in Control Tower/Complaint and planning functions. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
