We are looking for a Compensation Services Operations Manager - India & SEA to lead, mentor and coach a high-performing team of payroll and benefit admin analysts to ensure great employee experience in India and SEA. As one of the Operations leaders in Greater China and JAPAC, responsible for inspiring change and excellence throughout the GBS system, building and scaling the organization, and ensuring consistency in our global H2R processes and systems in the region.

Description Description

As Compensation Services Operations Manager, we look forward to your managing Payroll Operations and Benefits Administration in assigned cluster of countries. - Lead the team in developing robust, automated solutions and proactively find opportunities for continued improvement, focusing on balancing compliance with acceptable level of risk - Actively drive operational priorities with global H2R members, including monitoring of metrics/SLAs and work alignment - Ensure that employees have a consistent good experience; ensure timely and meaningful responses to their queries - Develop and continue strong working relationships with partners and stakeholders in countries of responsibility and globally, providing training where necessary. Acts as H2R liaison with other teams/LOBs, including but not limited to Tax, Finance, Benefits, HR, Stock, and Mobility to ensure compliance with tax and company policies. - Provide suggestions to business stakeholders where applicable - Partner with GBS Talent Development to promote Apple culture, growth and development of our talent
