Responsibilities -
• Driving Compensation programs which include but not limited to market benchmarking, maintain salary ranges, annual salary review
• Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other wellness initiatives.
• Expertise in managing India Payroll activities.
• Good understanding of statutory compliance.
• Good to have experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Good to have experience in handling expat payroll, visa process.
Job description -
• You have ownership over the correct and smooth execution of rewards-related processes and operations in your country / region.
• You make sure that the compensation and benefits processes are running smoothly, both internally and with the external vendors.
• You collaborate with the recruitment team in the handling of offers, drafting contracts and preparing the onboarding of new colleagues.
• You are also responsible for employee relations by being the first point of contact for colleagues who need to discuss something with HR.
• You have also operational responsibility over the systems and tools that HR uses, by working with them in an accurate and timely manner and by working on their improvement and development.
• You drive (together with the rest of the HR team) an agenda that promotes fairness, long-term retention, people development and the engagement of every team member.
Qualifications
MBA in HR, 5 plus years of experience in a similar role.
Additional Information This is a full time role at Bangalore. Looking for immediate joiners.
