Job Description

Manages the company wide compensation and performance appraisal policies and programs. Responsible for studying, analyzing, and assigning exempt and non-exempt status. Maintains job description files. Facilitates Evaluation Committee to maintain integrity of salary program. Completes compensation surveys and participates in surveys conducted by other companies. Remains current on all compensation issues. Maintains confidentiality necessary for professional management of all performance and compensation programs.
Summary of Responsibilities:• Supports compensation programs globally across the enterprise.
• Provides job evaluation and market pricing support to Compensation Partners globally.
• Participates in the global or country specific salary survey submissions.
• Supports the Year End salary planning process, pay equity and compliance.
• Employee Portal administrator for Compensation.
• Supports the global Fortrea Recognition programs.
• Supports the creation and maintenance of compensation process documents.
• Analyzes and educates key stakeholders on trends and findings from data and survey reports.
• All other duties as needed or assigned.


Qualifications (Minimum Required):• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements.


Experience (Minimum Required):• Minimum 3 years Compensation experience.
