Introduction: Seeking a talented and motivated hands on Senior Developer to work in a dynamic front office technology team developing. The candidate will join a team responsible for managing and developing enterprise-level Java based platform. What will you be doing The platform comprises a suite of applications connecting to a number of horizontally scalable backend services backed by low latency distributed messaging and scalable high-efficiency compute architecture. The system provides live ticking data to desktops, rich real-time analytics and also feeds data to finance and regulatory reporting systems. The role covers the following: . The chance to work on a highly visible real-time front office Risk Management platform and CCAR process. . Analyze, design, test and implement risk components in a highly distributed, low latency platform . Contribute in the development of low latency messaging components . Optimize processes to achieve hardware efficiencies . Face time with traders, Quants and other business users both for understanding new feature requests and providing support . A focus on high availability, performance, and reliability . Second-level support of the application What we\'re looking for: . C#/.Net - 4-7 years of hands-on experience in developing client-side applications. . Having good knowledge to work on both WinForm and WPF applications. . SQL development - Basic ability to write and enhance efficient database queries, stored procedures, views and functions. . Experience of working in a multiple project in an agile environment. . Analytical & Problem-Solving skills - ability to independently investigate and resolve issues in complex technical environment. . Excellent written and verbal communications, and attention to detail. . Able to work independently as part of a multi-location global team and close out tasks as required within tight timelines. .B.tech, BE, MCA Skills that will help you in the role: . Strong communication skills with experience in business facing front office applications . Ability to work with a diverse set of groups including technology teams, traders, operations and other business functions. .
