Position Overview: As a Trainer for a manufacturing company, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees across various departments. You will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that align with the company's goals, industry standards, and employee development needs. Your role will contribute to improving productivity, safety, quality, and overall employee satisfaction within the manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Training Program Design: ? Collaborate with department heads, subject matter experts, and HR to identify training needs and objectives. ? Develop training materials, curriculum, and resources tailored to different employee roles and levels. ? Create engaging and interactive training sessions, incorporating multimedia, hands-on activities, and real-world examples. Training Delivery: ? Conduct training sessions for employees, utilizing a variety of methods including classroom instruction, on-the-job training, workshops, and e-learning platforms. ? Present complex technical concepts in an easily understandable manner. ? Adapt training approaches based on employee learning styles and feedback. Skills Enhancement: ? Identify skills gaps and areas for improvement among existing employees. ? Develop and deliver training modules aimed at enhancing technical, operational, and soft skills. ? Conduct refresher training to ensure employees stay up-to-date with evolving technologies and processes. Safety and Compliance Training: ? Develop and deliver safety training programs that align with industry regulations and company policies. ? Promote a culture of safety awareness and ensure employees understand and follow safety protocols. Performance Evaluation: ? Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, quizzes, practical assessments, and feedback from participants. ?
