JD- COMPANY TRAINER Position Overview: As a Trainer for a manufacturing company, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees across various departments. Training Delivery: \xef\x82\xb7 Conduct training sessions for employees, utilizing a variety of methods including classroom instruction, on-the-job training, workshops, and e-learning platforms. \xef\x82\xb7 Present complex technical concepts in an easily understandable manner. \xef\x82\xb7 Adapt training approaches based on employee learning styles and feedback. Skills Enhancement: \xef\x82\xb7 Identify skills gaps and areas for improvement among existing employees. \xef\x82\xb7 Develop and deliver training modules aimed at enhancing technical, operational, and soft skills. \xef\x82\xb7 Conduct refresher training to ensure employees stay up-to-date with evolving technologies and processes.
