1. Conversant with provisions of Companies Act, 2013, procedures and rules. 2. Acquainted with MCA e filing system. 3. Adequate knowledge of SEBI/BSE rules and regulations. Must have an experience of having handled an IPO. 4. Adequate knowledge of FEMA provisions. 5. Must be conversant with ERP/computerised environment. In addition to the core CS profile as above for all our group entities, the candidate shall also have be involved in contracts & legal function, he/she should be familiar with contracts function of a civil construction/real estate industry. Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb91,000,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb91,300,000.00 per year Schedule:
