1. Conversant with provisions of Companies Act, 2013, procedures and rules.2. Acquainted with MCA e filing system.3. Adequate knowledge of SEBI/BSE rules and regulations. Must have an experience of having handled an IPO.4. Adequate knowledge of FEMA provisions.5.
