Job Description

• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to company secretarial matters.
• Preparing and filing various statutory returns, forms, and applications with relevant authorities.
• Managing board meetings, including preparation of agendas, notices, and minutes.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of required documents.
• Providing legal advice on corporate governance matters.
• Staying up-to-date with changes in company law and regulatory requirements.
• Drafting Resolutions, Minutes of Board Meeting, General Meetings, Notice, agenda and other allied documents. normal Company Secretarial Documents.
• Drafting of various Agreements includes shareholders Agreement, Rental Agreement, Lease Deed, Dealership Agreement and various other Agreements as required to be executed time to time

Pay: ?700,000.00 - ?900,000.00 per year
