Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
Help in organizing and preparing agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings (AGMs).
Draft agenda, minutes of meetings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Company Law & Secretarial Standards.
Support the filing of necessary documents with regulatory bodies such as the Registrar of Companies.
Assist in the preparation and filing of annual returns and other statutory filings.
Aid in ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including the Companies Act.
Help in the drafting and reviewing of legal documents.
Exposure to Private and Public Companies, Company Law Compliances, LLP law Compliances, Secretarial Audits, Due diligence, XBRL filings, Strike off, Merger and amalgamation and other Secretarial and Governance matters.
Provide administrative support.
Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure they comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Conduct legal research and provide summaries of findings to support legal and compliance matters.
Help in managing and maintaining legal records and documentation.
Assist in handling legal correspondence and communications.
