Job description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Company Secretary. The Company Secretary will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and supporting the effective functioning of the company. Key responsibilities include:
• Managing and maintaining statutory registers and records in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Organizing and facilitating board meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and managing follow-up actions.
• Assisting in the drafting and filing of corporate documents, such as annual reports, resolutions, and disclosures.
• Providing advice and guidance to the board of directors on corporate governance matters and regulatory developments.
• Liaising with regulatory authorities, auditors, and external advisors on company secretarial and compliance issues.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional qualification in corporate governance or company secretarial practice (e.g., ICSA).
• Proven experience as a Company Secretary or in a similar role.
• Thorough knowledge of corporate law and governance.
• Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong ethical standards and a high level of integrity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Pay: ?14,295.04 - ?53,023.15 per month
