•Key Responsibilities: •
• Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other statutory requirements. Prepare and file necessary documentation with ROC and regulatory bodies.
• Corporate Governance: Assist in the formulation and implementation of corporate governance policies. Support board meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and other related documents.
• Legal Support: Provide legal advice and support to internal teams on various matters, including contracts, agreements, and compliance issues.
• Customer and Vendor Complaints: Address and manage legal aspects of customer and vendor complaints. Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues efficiently.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate legal records and documentation for the company. Ensure all corporate filings and records are up to date.
• Research and Analysis: Stay updated on legal trends and changes in regulations that may impact the company. Conduct legal research as needed.
•Qualifications & Requirements: •
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and/or Company Secretary (CS) qualification.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in a company secretarial and legal role, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
• Strong understanding of the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and ROC compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
