1) Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and other applicable laws and regulations. Conduct due diligence, and committee formation, and oversee other routine compliances.
2) Board and Committee Meetings: Assist in organizing and coordinating board and committee meetings. Prepare and circulate meeting agendas and minutes.
3) Filing and Documentation: File necessary documents with regulatory authorities. Maintain up-to-date and accurate corporate records.
4) Corporate Governance: Support the implementation and enhancement of corporate governance policies. Advise on compliance with corporate governance norms.
5) Communication and Liaison: Serve as a liaison between the company, shareholders, and regulatory bodies. Handle communication-related to corporate affairs.
6) Advisory Role: Provide legal and regulatory guidance to management. Stay abreast of changes in relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
1) MUST HAVE - Associate Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) (Qualified Company Secretary).
2) 3 to 5 year of relevant experience
3) Strong understanding of corporate laws and governance principles.
4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
