Key Responsibilities :
1. Compliance Management :
• Regulatory Filings : Prepare and submit regulatory filings with the Registrar of Companies (ROC), SEBI, and other regulatory bodies.
• Compliance Audits : Assist in conducting compliance audits to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
• Monitoring Updates : Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations, ensuring company policies are updated accordingly.
• Risk Management : Identify potential compliance risks and suggest mitigation measures.
2. Secretarial Tasks :
• Board Meetings : Assist in organizing and preparing for board meetings, including drafting agendas, notices, and minutes.
• Annual General Meetings (AGMs) : Help in planning and executing AGMs, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
• Record Maintenance : Maintain and update statutory registers and records, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
• Corporate Governance : Support the implementation of corporate governance practices and policies.
3. Legal Support :
• Document Drafting : Assist in drafting legal documents, including resolutions, agreements, and contracts.
• Legal Research : Conduct legal research on various corporate law matters and provide summaries and reports.
• Contract Review : Review contracts and agreements to ensure they are legally sound and compliant with company policies.
• Litigation Support : Provide support in managing legal disputes and litigation, including coordinating with external legal advisors.
4. Liaison and Communication :
• Stakeholder Communication : Act as a point of contact between the company and external stakeholders, such as regulators, auditors, and shareholders.
• Internal Coordination : Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
5. Training and Development :
• Workshops and Seminars : Attend workshops and seminars to stay updated on corporate laws and compliance practices.
• Professional Development : Engage in continuous learning to enhance knowledge and skills in corporate secretarial and legal areas.
6. Internal Policies and Procedures :
• Policy Development : Assist in developing and updating internal policies and procedures to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Implementation and Monitoring : Support the implementation of new policies and monitor adherence across the organization.
7. Reporting and Documentation :
• Compliance Reports : Prepare regular compliance reports for the management and board of directors.
• Legal Documentation : Ensure all legal documents are properly filed and accessible for reference.
Qualifications :
• Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
• Strong understanding of corporate laws, regulations, and governance practices.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?37,000.00 per month
