CS with 2-3 yrs of work exp for an NBFC @ Andheri East, Mumbai

Job Profile:

• Manage and maintain statutory registers and records, including but not limited to minutes of board meetings, annual general meetings, & other relevant documentation.
• Prepare and file statutory returns and reports with regulatory authorities such as the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
• Assist in the organization of board meetings, committee meetings, & annual general meetings, including drafting agendas, preparing meeting materials, and recording minutes.
• Advise the board of directors on corporate governance matters & regulatory compliance requirements.
• Keep abreast of changes in relevant laws, regulations, & corporate governance practices and ensure that the company adapts its policies and procedures accordingly.
• Liaise with external legal counsel, auditors, & regulatory authorities as required.
• Provide guidance and support to other departments on legal & regulatory matters, including contract review and compliance issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Company Secretary, preferably in the financial services industry, with knowledge of NBFC regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
