Position Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Company Secretary (CS) to join our dynamic team. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing all legal and statutory compliance functions within the organization, ensuring that our operations adhere to relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Legal Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Corporate Governance: Advise the board of directors on corporate governance matters and ensure effective governance practices are in place.
- Documentation and Filing: Prepare, review, and file necessary documents with regulatory authorities.
- Board Meetings: Organize and attend board meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
- Liaison: Act as the liaison between the company and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, legal advisors, and shareholders.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the compliance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular compliance and governance reports to senior management and the board of directors.

- Qualifications: Qualified Company Secretary (CS).

- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong drafting and presentation skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Proactive with strong analytical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of domain experience in a similar role.

Compensation

Compensation will be as per industry standards and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
