Role PurposeEnsure compliance with respect to a) Drafting of new offer documents of schemes of the mutual fund b) Review of marketing materials of the schemes of the mutual fund c ) Filing all regulatory reports within said timelines D. Key Accountabilities1. Preparation of offer documents (SID, KIM, SAI) for new products / schemes of the Fund in accordance with SEBI (MF) Regulations. This would include coordination with internal teams as well as the Regulator's office for timely approval of new products filed. 2. Timely renewal of offer documents within Regulatory timelines and updation in accordance with SEBI Regulations, circulars and guidelines issued thereafter. 3. To track on an ongoing basis SEBI /AMFI Circulars and emerging trends in products/SID/SAI provisions from peers as well as the business environment in order to spot new areas and remain ahead. 4. Preparation of scheme proposals such as changes in fundamental attributes, scheme features, facilities, mergers, rollovers etc. in consultation with other internal teams. This includes seeking approvals from Boards of Trust / AMC as required, filing proposals with SEBI and focusing on timely approval from SEBI. 5. Evaluate and share inputs on new product ideas/initiatives / introduction of features / facilities proposed by Product and / or business teams 6. Review and approval of marketing materials, campaigns, investor education materials, etc. on a daily basis in accordance with SEBI (MF) Regulations and guidelines. This includes filing of the aforesaid materials with SEBI as per regulatory timelines. 7.
