Job Location : Kolkata Position : Company Secretary Trainee Experience : Fresher Qualifications : Graduate Gender : Female Specialization : Company Secretary Industry : Garments Manufacturing Joining : As soon as possible Note - candidate with company secretary final group 1 cleared will also work Skills : 1.Company Law Advisory and Compliances including XBRL of all clients and group companies. 2.Insuring maintenance of all records and registers. 3. Periodic review of data of clients and group companies to check and meet all compliance requirements. 4. Compliance of FEMA and RBI matters if any 5. Preparation and maintenance of minutes 6. Visiting the client office for ensuring compliances. 7. Visiting ROC, RBI or other government offices as may be required from time to time to represent matters. 8. Assisting in Direct Tax, GST or Audit related assignments. 9. Other matters as may be assigned from time to time. Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb916,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 per month Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
