: Company Secretary (C.S.)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• AGMs: Convene and administer AGMs, including agendas, minutes, and meeting correspondence.
• Advice: Provide legal, financial, and strategic advice to support decision-making.
• Corporate Governance: Advise on best practices and ensure adherence.
• Compliance: Stay updated with regulatory changes and ensure policy compliance.
• External Communication: Coordinate with auditors and other professionals.
• Shareholder Relations: Maintain strong relationships and address inquiries.
• Process Implementation: Develop systems for good management and compliance.

Basic Parameters:

• Education: Degree of Company Secretory from ICSI (India).
• Experience : Fresher/ 1-2 years in corporate governance, legal, or financial advisory roles.
• Industry Knowledge: Preference for experience in the Energy field.
• Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail.
