One of our clients of esteem, a 30 year old Financial Service & Stock Broking company requires for their Ahmedabad Corporate office , Company Secretary.

Interested CS ( Company Secretary) candidates with 0-2 years of experience and ICSI Membership Number may apply with updated CVs urgently.

Training will be provided to CS Freshers with ICSI number.

Responsibility

- Organize and prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and Annual General Meetings (AGMs), Postal ballots etc

- Draft minutes of board meetings and general meetings, and follow up on the actions from the meetings.

- Ensure compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, RBI, and other statutory requirements.

- Manage NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) compliance

- Ensure documentary requirements as per Companies Act

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents as per the requirements.

- Liaise with Practicing Company Secretary, Statutory Auditors, RTA, legal advisors and regulators as necessary.

- Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory returns and forms with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and other regulatory authorities.

- Preparation and dissemination of annual reports and other corporate communications.

- Develop and implement the company's CSR strategy in alignment with statutory requirements and the company's values.

- Drafting of Agreements and other legal documents.

ICSI Membership Number is Required. Training will be provided to CS Freshers with ICSI number. CS fresher or CS Upto 2 years of experience are most welcoime.
