Job Description

• Drafting Resolutions, Minutes of Board Meeting, General Meetings, Notice and other normal Company Secretarial Documents.
• End to End Contracts Drafting.
• Shall involve in end to end contract management for all the Projects
• Assisting in maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries for the group entities.
• Preparation and filing of Annual Filing Documents and Forms
• Basic knowledge of Listed and Public Limited Companies
• All secretarial works such as issue of shares, increase in Authorized capital, Transfer of shares, Charge satisfaction, Charge Creation, Modification.
• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Should be able to create analyses and reports as requested by management. Candidates with banking knowledge related to BG/LC will be preferred
• Other basic works in DGFT, Taxation, GST etc.
• Labor Laws, PF, ESIC
• All types of Business Licensing and Registrations
• Candidates who have finished all levels of their CS course including internship and are looking for exposure in the industry are welcome to apply.
• Assisting the CEO by being part of all the meetings, sharing MOMs and follow ups with the team for the tasks mentioned in MOMs.
• Excellent Communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
