Required Candidate profile
1. Candidate ready to join on an immediate basis.
2. Excellent written skills.
3. Excellence in legal drafting.
4. Well versed with the Companies Act. 2013
5. Experience required at least 3 yrs+.
• The candidate must have experience in:
1. Must Drafting and vetting various kinds of legal documents like, Sale Deed, Lease Deed, Leave and License Agreement, Service Agreement, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Vendor Agreement, Settlement Deed and their Addendum and monitor legal obligations.
2. Interpretation of Law, ruling & regulations as well as agreements and ensured their enforceability to safeguard the interest of the Company.
3.Well versed with Arbitration proceeding and also represent the Company at Arbitration.
4. Provide legal advice to the Company and make recommendations to Management.
5.To review important legal matters of the Company on regular basis.
6. Preparation of Registers, maintenance of records and compliance as per companies Act, 2013 and other applicable Statues. Compliances with the secretarial standards issued by Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
7. Conducting Board Meetings, General Meetings of the group companies, drafting of resolutions, recording of minutes, notices reports etc.
8.Preparation of summary notes, summary of important provisions of agreements, legal key obligations under various agreements.
