About part time job/internshipSelected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assisting in Handling statutory registers and records for companies
2. Filing of statutory forms and reporting under various Regulatory authorities
3. Preparing Minutes of the Board Meeting and General Meetings
4. Drafting Agenda, notice, Board Resolutions, Special Resolution
5. Preparing draft memorandum on advisory w.r.t. transactions under Companies Act, 2013, FEMA & IBC
6. Development and Maintaining of Compliance tracker mechanism
7. Coordinating with accounts and audit department for transactions involving compliances under Companies Act, 2013 and rules thereunder
8. XBRL filing of Annual Financial statements with RoC
9. Analyzing the provisions of Company Law/FEMA/IBC/Competition Law/Banking Laws and its presentation in simplified manner
10. Analyzing and preparation of articles/ write up on the recent case laws, circulars and notifications
11. Assisting in developing tools/calculators under the Companies Act, 2013, FEMAWho can apply:1. Total experience (Year wise) : 0-3 years
2. Experience Work wise in the capacity of : Company Law, FEMA, IBC
3. Preferred Industry/ Company: any, CS Firm, Law Firm, or Publications Industry
4.
