Hiring for our client a leading Real Estate Company

Job Title: Company Secretary

Reports to: CFO

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Company Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will

be responsible for providing legal and governance support to the organization, ensuring

compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining high standards of corporate

governance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide legal and secretarial support to the Board of Directors and Committees

- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws

- Maintain and update company records, registers, and databases

- Coordinate and minute meetings of the Board and Committees

- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements

- Advise on corporate governance best practices

- Liaise with external stakeholders, including lawyers, auditors, and regulators

- Manage and coordinate the annual general meeting and other shareholder meetings

- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

- 5 years of experience as a Company Secretary or in a related field

- Associate membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)

- Strong knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws

- Excellent communication and drafting skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- High level of professionalism and integrity

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field

- Experience in a listed company or a large corporate entity

- Certification in corporate governance or a related field
