Purpose of the Job: This role plays a vital role in maintaining effective communication channels, fostering relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for accomplish the objectives of the organization

A Company Secretary is responsible for the efficient administration of a company, particularly with regard to ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and for ensuring that decisions of the board of directors are implemented. This role requires the candidate to work with various stakeholders in order to meet regulatory goals along with liaising with various government entities such as Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Registrar of Companies, the Reserve Bank of India, Securities and Exchange Board of India, and other statutory authorities. The candidate will also be involved in ensuring effective functioning and operations management of the company.

Job Responsibility:

1 Initiate, drive process rigor and accuracy, execute and manage compliance under Corporate & Other Laws
2 Work with different stakeholders within and outside the business to identify and execute key opportunities for the business to meet regulatory compliance goals

3 Compliances and liaising with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Registrar of Companies, the Reserve Bank of India, Securities and Exchange Board of India, and other statutory authorities

4 Convening Board Meetings and General Meetings, preparing agendas and minutes

5 Supporting compliance with all statutory requirements and working with internal and external agencies to carry out legal compliance audits

6 Guide other functional members on the Company Law on issues related to document management, litigation holds, litigation strategy, and document management process improvements

7 Anticipate and drive solutions for a diverse range of legal and business issues 8 Advise the Board of Directors on key managerial and corporate governance issues

Technical Qualification:

• Qualified graduate o Member of Institute of Company Secretary of India o Proficiency in MS Word & MS Excel.

Essential Years of work experience and Qualification:

Prior working experience of 4yrs + o Strong understanding of company law and secretarial practices.

Industry Preferences (If any):

Penchant to learn about family offices & Investments (on-shore & Off-shore) o Investment or Private Equity industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Mandatory Skills/ Competencies:

Strong verbal and written communication skills o Enthusiastic, Self- Starter & Detailed- oriented o Solution-oriented, accountable, and committed to continuous improvement

Pay: ?100,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
