Purpose of the Job:

This role plays a vital role in maintaining effective communication channels, fostering relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for accomplish the objectives of the organisation.

A Certified Company Secretary is responsible for the efficient administration of a company, particularly with regard to ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and for ensuring that decisions of the board of directors are implemented.

This role requires the candidate to work with various stakeholders in order to meet regulatory goals along with liaising with various government entities such as Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Registrar of Companies, the Reserve Bank of India, Securities and Exchange Board of India, and other statutory authorities. The candidate will also be involved in ensuring effective functioning and operations management of the company.

Technical Qualification:

Qualified graduate:

A certified Company Secretary.

Member of Institute of Company Secretary of India

Proficiency in MS Word & MS Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
