Statutory ROC Compliance
• Follow up and filing of various forms of Companies with Practicing Company Secretary such as ADT-1, AOC-4 CFS, MGT-7, MGT-14, CHG-1, SH-7, PAS-3, DIR-6, DIR-3, DIR-3 KYC, DIR-12, DPT-03, INC-23, INC-22, INC-22A, AOC-4, SH-11and other forms as may be prescribed with ROC on or before the due date specified .
• Follow up and filing of various forms of LLP with Practicing Company Secretary such as FORM 1, FORM 2, FORM 3, FORM 4, FORM 5, FORM 8, FORM 11, FORM 12, FORM 15, FORM 17, FORM 18 and Other Forms as may be Required

• Advising on negotiation and conciliation in commercial disputes between parties.
• Acting as an arbitrator or conciliator in domestic as well as international commercial disagreements.
Accounting Compliance
• Ensure proper maintenance of book of account
• Assisting the Audit Committee.
• Proper maintenance of registers to comply with the various sections and rules of companies act.
• Accounting and Compliance of Financial Statements
• Maintenance of statutory records in electronic form
Internal statutory work
• Drafting of MOA & AOA
• Issue of share certificate
• Formation of company & LLP
• Formalities related to address change of company
• Should serve as a high-level administrator
• Should act as a link between the company, its shareholders, the society and the Government
• Should be fully aware of any changes in Government Policy/Acts.
