Roles, Responsibilities & Task
Only candidates with real estate Industry experience shall apply! 1. Legal Guidance on Agreements: - Review and provide legal advice on MOUs, Contracts, and tender documents, ensuring alignment with statutory requirements. 2. Ongoing Case Reviews: - Conduct continuous reviews of legal cases, advising management on pertinent legal considerations and collaborating with departments to address identified risks. 3. Contract, Notice Management: - Advise management on legal aspects of contract, MOU\'s, Sale Deed, Show Cause, Litigation Notice, providing protection and risk management strategies. 4. Legal Training and Policy Development: - Interpret legal information, conduct training sessions, and communicate legal requirements to staff, contributing to the development of internal policies. 5. Contract and Policy Compliance: - Review, draft, and ensure compliance of contracts, agreements, and internal policies with statutory requirements across relevant countries. 6. Litigation Management: - Manage the progress of litigation, liaise with external lawyers, and develop efficient solutions, including pro-bono relationships, to address local legal needs. 7. Legal Compliance Formulation: - Formulate and implement legal compliance strategies, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and mitigating legal risks. 8. Stakeholder Engagement: - Engage in regular interactions with directors, auditors, legal counsels, external consultants, business unit heads, support functions, and external agencies to address a spectrum of business, legal, regulatory, and compliance issues affecting company operations. 9. Litigation Expertise: - Demonstrate expertise in drafting legal documents such as complaints, suits, and applications, as well as conducting trials before the courts and magistrates with external legal team. 10. Legal Knowledge and Compliance: - Possess extensive knowledge of various Acts, including the Transfer of Property Act, Indian Easement Act, MOFA, Societies Act and Rules, and all Maharashtra state revenue laws, RERA. Well-versed in registration procedures under the Indian Registration Act. 11. Conveyancing Proficiency: - Showcase expertise in conveyancing, ensuring smooth and legally sound property transactions, including drafting and reviewing legal documents related to property transfer. 12. Criminal Cases Exposure: - An additional advantage includes exposure and expertise in criminal cases, contributing to a comprehensive legal skill set for handling diverse legal challenges. Strategic Thinking: - Ability to think strategically through all means, utilizing both traditional and innovative approaches to develop real estate solutions and deliver results under challenging scenarios. 2. Performance Excellence: - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding determined targets through all means, including effective goal-setting, performance metrics, and continuous improvement strategies. 3. Initiative and Confidence: - Self-starter with confidence, demonstrating initiative through all means, from proposing process improvements to taking ownership of challenges and driving solutions. 4. Strong Communication Skills: - Exhibit strong communication skills through all means, ensuring clarity, transparency, and effective information dissemination across teams and stakeholders. 5. Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties Strong communication organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities 6. Ability to think strategically, develop real solutions & deliver under challenging scenarios.
