1. Operational Efficiency:

- Streamline day-to-day operations through all means, leveraging technology, process optimization, and employee engagement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

2. Strategic Decision Support:

- Provide data-driven recommendations to promoters for strategic decision-making, utilizing analytics, market trends, and financial insights from all available sources.

3. Goal Setting and Alignment:

- Set clear goals for teams through all means of communication, ensuring regular feedback and alignment with company objectives through transparent and inclusive communication channels.

4. Team Leadership and Mentoring:

- Lead and mentor a team of sales, finance, and operations professionals through all means of effective leadership, fostering collaboration, continuous learning, and a high-performance culture.

5. Communication Excellence:

- Ensure strong communication through all means, including verbal, written, and digital channels, to facilitate transparent information flow within the organization.

6. Compliance Management:

- Oversee all related compliances such as RERA, MIDC, Income Tax, GST, and Accounting Standards through regular audits, continuous monitoring, and by staying updated on legal developments.

7. Legal Documentation:

- Complete and process all necessary legal documents through meticulous attention to detail, effective communication with legal teams, and by utilizing digital tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

8. Budgeting:

- Manage proper budgeting processes through all means available, utilizing financial software, market research, and cross-functional collaboration to align financial plans with business goals.

9. Timely Property Handover:

- Oversee the timely handover of properties through all means of coordination, utilizing project management tools, regular communication with project teams, and efficient problem-solving.
