We are looking to hire a passionate and creative Community & Social Media Manager who will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing our online community, amplifying our brand presence across social media platforms, and fostering meaningful engagement with our target audience.Eligibility Criteria:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms.
- Strong skills in creating and curating engaging content, including text, graphics and videos.
- Basic skills in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) for creating visually appealing content.
- Basic skills in video editing tools for creating and curating video content.
- Experience: 0-2 Years
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and nurture our online community of parents, educators, and stakeholders passionate about SEL.
- Foster a sense of belonging and engagement within the community through regular interaction, discussions, and activities.
- Manage and execute social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Create and curate compelling content, including posts, graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets, aligned with our brand voice and values.
- Monitor social media channels for relevant conversations, trends, and opportunities to engage with our audience in a timely and meaningful manner.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to optimize content strategy and campaign effectiveness.
- Curate user-generated content and testimonials to showcase real-life experiences and success stories within our community.
- Rs. 2,40,000 to 3,00,000 (Based on Relevant Experience)
- Social media management: 2 years (Preferred)
