Communitys investor-led content offers clients unique insights into companies, markets and investor sentiment.Community Operations Associates are responsible for supporting our London- and US-based Community teams in facilitating these consultations between Third Bridge clients and specialists. This includes managing end-to-end logistics to ensure a smooth process for both parties, liaising directly with clients and specialists. You will also be responsible for overseeing the transcription and publishing of content after a call has taken place.This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the sharpest minds in financial markets. To do so you\'ll gather a unique set of commercial skills that will help you deliver extraordinary results for both clients and experts, and grow professionally.ResponsibilitiesUse your negotiation and persuasion skills with industry experts to facilitate 1:1 consultationsManage the logistics of consultations throughout their life-cycle, including scheduling calls between clients and specialists, ensuring compliance requirements are met, overseeing the transcription and publishing processDevelop and strengthen relationships with existing Third Bridge specialists, providing them with an excellent experience and great customer service.Collaborate with Third Bridge team members both locally and internationally when executing on client requests across time zonesThe work is fast paced - you will be working on multiple requests on any given day, all with tight timelines, and spanning a wide variety of industries across multiple geographies, which you will need to understand at a high level. We look for individuals who are excited by a hands-on, high performing and resulted-oriented role.Youll need to think on your feet and adapt your communication style as you speak to people across industries and levelsQualificationsCandidates with strong academic credentials and/or experience in a client-facing roleYou must be able to deliver high quality work on a deadline. You will be working on lots of active work streams simultaneously, but that doesnt scare you - in fact it excites you, and youre confident in your ability to multitask and remain organised with high attention to detail.Private equity investors are under a lot of pressure to make decisions fast, but you stay calm and get things done. If at times your client asks you for help out of hours, or your expert is in a different time zone, you strive to support - your hours vary according to the client project you are involved in, but you prefer that to a routine job.Youre a clear communicator with a proven track record of building strong relationships with people because you easily connect. You always look for the most efficient way to get things done, rather than the path of least resistance - for example you pick up the phone to get an answer to your questions straight away, rather than send an email and wait for a reply. Cold calling doesnt phase you - what matters to you is to get results, and fast.Your attitude is to roll up your sleeves and you enjoy being in the thick of the action.
