Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Community Moderator to join our team and manage online communities for our ongoing projects across social media platforms. This individual will play a key role in engaging, growing, and nurturing our community, fostering meaningful conversations, and enhancing our brand's presence within the blockchain, crypto, AI, and Web3 spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with community members across multiple platforms, including Twitter, Discord, LinkedIn, Telegram, Reddit, and other relevant channels.
• Content Moderation: Ensure quality and relevance of conversations in our communities, moderating discussions, addressing questions, and providing timely responses.
• Content Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align community messaging with broader brand initiatives, helping create engaging posts, updates, and events.
• Feedback Collection: Actively gather and report community feedback to the product, marketing, and leadership teams to improve user experience.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key community metrics (growth, engagement, sentiment) and provide insights to inform future strategies.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a community Moderation or related role, preferably in the blockchain, crypto, or tech industry.
• Social Media Savvy: Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and tools, especially those popular within the blockchain community.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and message according to the audience.
• Customer-Focused Mindset: A passion for serving the community and enhancing user experience.
• Analytical Ability: Familiarity with community management tools and ability to track and analyze engagement metrics effectively.
• Proactive & Collaborative: Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and creating new opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Blockchain/Crypto Knowledge: Understanding of blockchain, Web3, and AI technologies.
• SMM knowledge would be a plus.
