Job Description

Regular visit to community and local bodies targeting the right candidates as per the projects mandates.

• Visit to a minimum 10 different villages/locations/SHG's/NGO's in a month seeking assistance for mobilization of candidates.
• Identify local level partners, support and facilitate the partnership in the implementation of planned activities.
• Counsel the Candidates/Parents so that they enrol themselves in the job and Continue until the norms of the organization.
• Follow up for suitable candidates to get them enrolled.
• Collect regular feedback from the Trainers/Seniors on the performance of the Mobilized Candidates. Counsel the irregular and under performance candidates on monthly basis.
• Update the interested potential Candidates who are willing to join the Training in the Mobilization Drive at the end of every day.
• Update the Mobilization Monthly Report with Photographs at the end of day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
