Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Mobiliser to join our team. The Mobiliser will play a key role in engaging and mobilizing communities, stakeholders, and volunteers to support our organization's mission and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess average communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a passion for driving positive change.

Responsibilities:

Community Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage with diverse communities, including outreach events, workshops, and online campaigns.

Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local organizations, government agencies, and businesses, to garner support for our initiatives.

Volunteer Recruitment: Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers to participate in various activities and events, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Communication and Outreach:

Create compelling messaging and materials to effectively communicate our mission, programs, and achievements to various audiences through multiple channels.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including program managers, communications specialists, and fundraising staff, to integrate mobilization efforts into broader organizational strategies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in community organizing, volunteer management, or advocacy work.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to mobilization efforts.

Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for outreach and engagement is a plus.
