WEDO is dedicated to fostering a strong and engaged community through our various initiatives and services. We are looking for a dedicated Membership Manager to oversee the entire membership lifecycle and ensure our members receive exceptional service and value.
Key Responsibilities
Membership Lifecycle Management:
• Onboarding : Manage the full membership lifecycle, including onboarding new members, ensuring a smooth and welcoming process.
• Renewals & Upgrades : Oversee membership renewals and upgrades, ensuring members are aware of their options and benefits.
• Cancellations : Handle membership cancellations efficiently and with sensitivity to retain positive relationships.
Member Support:
• Inquiries & Issues : Handle member inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of member satisfaction.
• Engagement : Coordinate and execute member engagement activities and events to foster community and loyalty.
Data Management:
• Records Maintenance : Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records in the membership database.
• Data Analysis : Analyse membership data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, using insights to refine strategies.
Retention Strategies:
• Strategy Development : Develop and implement strategies to retain existing members, focusing on enhancing member value and satisfaction.
• Benefits & Services : Assist in developing and refining membership benefits and services to meet member needs and expectations.
Compliance & Billing:
• Policies & Procedures : Ensure compliance with membership policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of integrity and consistency.
• Billing Support : Provide support for membership billing and payment processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Industry Knowledge:
• Trends & Best Practices : Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in membership management, applying relevant insights to enhance WEDO's membership offerings.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in membership management, customer service, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of membership lifecycle processes and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using membership management software and databases.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Analytical skills to interpret membership data and derive actionable insights.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in membership management.
