Key Responsibilities:
• Community Engagement:
• Develop and execute community engagement strategies to grow and nurture our community.
• Respond to community comments, queries, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster a positive and supportive community environment.
• Content Creation:
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various platforms (social media, forums, blogs, etc.).
• Organize and participate in community-building events such as webinars, meetups, and live Q&A sessions.
• Moderation:
• Monitor and moderate community forums, social media platforms, and other digital spaces.
• Enforce community guidelines to ensure a safe and respectful environment.
• Feedback and Insights:
• Gather and analyze community feedback to inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer service improvements.
• Provide regular reports on community sentiment, engagement metrics, and growth.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to align community efforts with overall company goals.
• Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and community leaders to amplify our reach and impact.
• Crisis Management:
• Address and manage any community-related issues or crises promptly and effectively.
• Develop and implement strategies for conflict resolution and crisis communication.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in community management, social media management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of online community platforms, social media channels, and digital marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to create engaging content and foster community growth.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze and report on community engagement metrics.
• Passion for building and maintaining relationships with community members.
