Now, we are looking for a community-oriented thinker and hustler who thrives in building on our ethos, for everyone.As our Community Manager, you will be the face and heart of all our online and offline community interactions, knowing the pulse of what\xe2\x80\x99s good and what more can be done to engage each brand\xe2\x80\x99s loyals. You are an excellent communicator who is naturally welcoming and empathetic. Your friends know you to be the perfect party host - you bring thematic ideas and emotions to life while ensuring everyone goes home with their hearts and tummies satiated, yet coming back for more!You will have also created an online community before and know the grind of starting small, showing up relentlessly, and scaling with like-minded individuals. You thrive in being agile, taking a 360 view of all projects, and have a bias for collaborative action.What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:Lead the omnichannel engagement strategy for all the Hunger Inc. brandsImplement focused and research-driven community-building activities to build long-term relationshipsTranslate real-life interactions and customer experience observations into actionable data-led insights across teamsWork strategically with the Founders & Marketing teams to create sustainable programs with like-minded change-makers and partner brandsNurture passionate super users within our community and empower them to spread joy because they want toDesign touchpoints across all channels that create joy and celebrate milestonesBuild internal systems and processes for the healthy functioning of our communitiesWhat a regular day will look like:Identifying brands, partners, and opportunities that\xe2\x80\x99ll be exciting to our communityBuilding our crew (signups/interactions/drop-offs)Designing events and activities, using data to optimize for enthucutlets everywhereDriving day-to-day community operations, and content moderation where requiredNurturing our customers and loyals via omnichannel touchpoints (social media, events, follow-ups)Big picture, long-tail thinking on brand growth and loyaltyOur brands are at the cusp of a remarkable growth journey where our delighted loyals want more and every day, new customers are choosing us.
