Position Overview: As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for fostering a sense of community and engagement among our guests. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring that guests have a seamless and delightful experience from the moment they arrive and post check-out. Responsibilities: Guest Relations: \xe2\x97\x8f Host every guest post arrival at the property making them feel welcomed, Collaborate closely with the operations team to address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively to improve their experience \xe2\x97\x8f Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with guests, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated throughout their journey with Tents n\xe2\x80\x99 Trails. Community Building: \xe2\x97\x8f Create and manage a community for our guests on platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, or any other relevant social media channel pre and post-check-out to ensure higher repeat and referral rates. \xe2\x97\x8f Keep the community engaged through regular updates, discussions, and exclusive offers. \xe2\x97\x8f Maintain a connection with guests even after they have checked out by sending follow-up messages, thank-you notes, and seeking feedback to improve our services. Event Coordination: \xe2\x97\x8f Brainstorm to propose unique and engaging events that cater to the interests of our guests. \xe2\x97\x8f Plan and Organize events and work closely with the operations team to execute these events seamlessly. Social Media Collaboration: \xe2\x97\x8f Liaise with the social media team to suggest ideas for captivating social media content and campaigns that highlight guest experiences and promote our brand. \xe2\x97\x8f Analyse guest data and feedback to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement. Qualifications: \xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s degree in hospitality management, marketing, communications, or a related field. \xe2\x97\x8f Proven experience in community management, sales or customer service. \xe2\x97\x8f Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong knowledge of social media platforms and online community management. \xe2\x97\x8f Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content. \xe2\x97\x8f Customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest issues with professionalism. \xe2\x97\x8f Exceptional organisational, coordination and multitasking skills \xe2\x97\x8f Passion for experiential travel is a major plus point Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 600,000.00 - 700,000.00 per year Schedule:
