Designer's Community Pvt Ltd. is a multifaceted venture providing necessary infrastructure to budding designers in the region. The company facilitates; affordable working spaces with necessary amenities, networking across disciplines, mentorship opportunities and social engineering projects, for the growth and welfare of designers and thus society.

Designation : Community Manager

Salary : 10-12k / month

Responsibilities :

Manage the community space (Vazhuthacaud) users according to the guidelines created

for each workspace

The candidate is required to:

• Ensure decorum of the workspace by the users.
• Prepare and keep Invoices and Receipts.
• Ensure timely payments of maintenance bills.
• Keep account of the space users in the registry.
• Welcome and introduce new visitors to the space and their details.
• Ensure timely opening and closing of the space.
• Remind team heads of their duties if not fulfilled.
• Ensure health of our indoor plant friends

Skills and Qualification :

The position requires strong command of skills in verbal communication, time management, book keeping, multitasking, conflict resolution and moderate skill in social media applications.

Age, Gender, Educational qualification may not be considered.

Candidate should have:

• Good communication skill in English and Malayalam.
• Good memory and exercise methods to keep track of the duties.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
