Internship Description: As a Community Manager Intern, you will be responsible for building and managing a community of 10-15 people, ensuring a positive, productive, and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Building: Recruit and onboard 10-15 people, creating a diverse and engaged community.
• Daily Task Management: Ensure that daily tasks assigned to people are completed efficiently and on time.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for people, addressing their queries, and concerns, and providing feedback promptly and effectively.
• Content Creation: Develop and share relevant content as per the requirements of the live project.
• Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze feedback from the community to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and execution of community initiatives.
• Reporting: Maintain records of community activities and provide regular reports on engagement metrics, task completion, and overall community health.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Experience in community management, engagement, or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using various online platforms and tools for communication, task management, and content creation.
• Creativity: Ability to develop innovative ideas and activities to perform tasks more effectively.
• Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing needs and priorities of the community.
