Designation: Community Manager Domain Expertise: Community & Networking Location: Gurgaon Report to: This is an individual contributor role and position will report to Marketing Head Working Days: 5 days (Monday- Friday) Roles & Responsibilities: . Proven experience in customer engagement, community management, and customer service. . Responsible for managing our communities\' Career Circles and across multiple social media platforms. . Strategizing, and executing new campaigns and events. Build the community by bringing in new members and building engagement. . Executing responding to member inquiries, moderating conversations, engaging with users and providing support. . The successful candidate will be able to foster relationships with our leaders, members, build brand loyalty and encourage user engagement. . Developing and executing strategies to strengthen members\' relationships. This includes analyzing customer feedback, creating content to support engagement, and identifying opportunities to expand our reach. . Is an excellent communicator and can write long-form and agile communication on the go. Job Requirements: . 8+ years of customer service and/or community management experience. . Proven experience with multiple social media platforms. . Experience developing and executing customer engagement strategies. . Ability to foster relationships with customers and build brand loyalty. . Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. . Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Master\'s degree in marketing, communications/MBA or related field (preferred)
