Job Overview: As the Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and expanding the brand's presence across various urban cultures. This position calls for a creative and strategic thinker who can connect with diverse cultural communities and integrate the brand into their fabric, enhancing both our cultural relevance and their community experience.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with key cultural communities, consumers in major cities around the world, focusing on music, art, fashion, and lifestyle scenes.
• Develop and execute strategies for integrating the brand into these communities in ways that are authentic and value-adding.
• Collaborate with local influencers, artists, and organisers to co-create events and activations that resonate with community interests.
• Identify and hire potential brand ambassadors/influencers who will be the extended team engaging with the communities
• Manage and grow the brand's presence in cultural festivals, events, and gatherings, ensuring brand visibility and engagement.
• Leverage social media and digital platforms to amplify our community involvement, share stories, and build relationships with community members.
• Monitor trends and insights within different cultural scenes to keep the brands approach fresh and relevant.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure that community feedback influences brand campaigns and product development.
• Manage budgets and timelines for community projects and initiatives.
• Play a key role in execution of ideas across the country in collaboration with event partners / organisers
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Cultural Studies, or a related field.
• Proven experience in community management, cultural outreach, or event marketing, ideally within the lifestyle, entertainment, or spirits industries.
• Strong understanding of and genuine interest in global urban culture trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
• Experience in digital marketing and social media strategy.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for events and community engagement.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
