Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth front office operations while providing exceptional customer service..Winning our clients trustThis opportunity is suited for a customer experience focused talent looking to progress their career in a fast-paced corporate environment.The role and YouIn this role, you will be handling all the front office works mentioned in the key responsibilities below.Key ResponsibilitiesReception and Welcoming:Greet visitors, tenants, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanour.Provide a warm and welcoming environment, making tenants and visitors feel comfortable and valued.Visitor Management:Greet visitors, assist them with registration/way finding as required.Notify relevant staff of visitor arrivals and handle security protocols.Information Dissemination:Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the organization's services, products, and policies.Assist visitors with general queries and direct them to the relevant resources.Administrative Support:Assist in various administrative tasks such as coordinating with the Hospitality team for upkeep of the asset and events, as requiredHandle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, as required.Facilities Management:Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.Report any maintenance or security issues promptly.Communication:Communicate effectively with colleagues and management regarding any relevant issues or updates.Problem-Solving:Handle complaints or difficult situations with diplomacy and tact.Escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.Reporting time:Monday - Saturday - 9 am - 6 pmSundays - Weekly offThe Community Executive may be required to come in early or stay post 6 pm on some days as required per the events scheduled (Comp off hours will be provided in lieu of the extra hours worked)Grooming:Ensure proper grooming as per RMZ standardsSound like you?
