Role And Responsibility Work closely with Codingal key stakeholders(kids, parents, teachers) to create an enviable brand Create compelling stories with the key stakeholders - students, parents & teachers Deliver user stories which define the brand identity and build brand salience Churn brand stories to show our product strength around pedagogy, curriculum, learning path and founders\' vision Integrate the stories across multiple platforms and channels to generate brand pull and drive trust Strategize and execute Public Relations for the brand Drive thought leadership content and program for Codingal Manage social media programs for Codingal Responsible for designing, developing, and distribution of marketing content Ensure all marketing communications are in line with the business & brand guidelines Measure and report the success of the brand campaigns and content supported by relevant metrics To Be Successful In This Role Someone who is an expert in converting business insights and stories into marketing content (Social media, PR, mailer, etc) Someone who is exceptional with tools and automation Someone who has managed or understands brand, content and marketing communication Who likes working for consumer brands Who possesses knowledge of CRM and Content tools like LeadSquared, Hubspot, Google Analytics, and Youtube video creation ecosystem A candidate who has unmatched enthusiasm to keep up with the pace of the business and the team You need to show loads of initiative and contribution as a team player.
