Communicative English Trainer
Job Description
• Lesson planning : Create lesson plans that include a calendar of the school year, books, assignments, and other materials.
• Teaching : Deliver lessons to students of different skill levels.
• Assessing student progress : Evaluate student performance and progress through tests and assignments.
• Providing feedback : Offer personalized feedback to students and parents to help them improve.
• Maintaining records : Keep accurate records of student attendance and performance.
• Collaborating : Work with other teachers and staff to develop teaching strategies and create a cohesive learning experience.
• Staying up to date : Learn about new teaching methods and educational technologies.
• Creating materials : Develop teaching materials and instructional activities.
• Adapting teaching methods : Adjust teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
• Creating a positive learning environment : Foster student participation and motivation.
