G-TEC Computer Education, the world's leading provider of IT education, is seeking a communicative English trainer to join our team. As a communicative English trainer at G-Tec Kannur, you will play an important part in assisting our clients in developing their English communication skills efficiently. You will be responsible for delivering relevant and interactive training sessions that are targeted to our participants' individual needs. Your enthusiasm for teaching and experience in English language education will help to make our training programs successful.

Responsibilities:

• Provide English training for individuals and groups to improve speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Create customized lesson plans and resources based on learners' competency levels and learning objectives.
• Utilize diverse teaching strategies and tools to create interesting learning experiences.
• Provide constructive criticism and direction to help learners overcome problems and enhance their language skills.
• Regularly evaluate and assess learners' progress and performance.
• Work with colleagues to enhance the effectiveness of our training programs and curriculum.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for language instruction.

Requirements:

• Possess a bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related discipline. Proven experience as a Communicative English Trainer or language teacher.
• Excellent English communication abilities, both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrates strong communication skills with learners from varied backgrounds and cultures. Passion for educating and assisting others in achieving success.
• Demonstrates proficiency in employing technology for instruction.

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
• Total work: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?20,000.00 per month
