Communication System Engineer holding hands-on experience with main responsibilities of all the administrative tasks which includes configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting all the Audio and Video devices. Maintains the audio-video equipment in meeting rooms & training rooms, device registrations with Unified call managers, and new project implementations to meet USP's service level agreements and AV availability for critical events and meetings. This position requires the candidate to possess great communication skills to interact with stakeholders across various levels and teams.

• 40 % - Maintain com missioned AV/communication technology across all USP India Sites via trouble tickets, incidents etc.


• 25 % - Manage and Coordinate with stakeholders for internal and external events


• 20 % - Provide technical consultancy for AV and communications tech and implement selected technology solutions.


• 15 % - Reporting and data-oriented analysis for future AV/Comms. technology decision making


• Assist and provide support in Configuring and installation/replace of new/old AV equipment's during new project requirements (MAC - Move, Add and Configure)


• Providing support in connecting WebEx and MSTeams calls in meeting rooms to the users when required.


• Ensure technical resources are properly aligned to all these events.
