Iron Mountain urgently looking for - Communication Partner Location - Mumbai, India About the Opportunity.. This new senior role leads communications for Iron Mountain\'s business in India and the wider Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, while also providing support to global leaders as required. It will have a primary focus on the Commercial and Operations organisations, as well as providing additional support and identifying opportunities for other business units as they expand in the region. The role connects the dots between the business units and functions represented in India through aligned and impactful communications, and develops and drives compelling communications that elevate Iron Mountain\'s presence in India and the APAC region. The successful candidate will use their experience of internal and external communications, as well as the Indian media and public affairs landscape in particular, to engage key stakeholders in the company\'s growth transformation, while protecting and enhancing our corporate reputation. YOU WILL GET TO Develop, own and execute the communications strategy for India and the APAC region, establishing a dynamic annual plan that evolves in line with opportunities to support growth in the region and managing direct and indirect reporting lines to deliver it. Establish KPIs for the plan and lead a quarterly review with senior leaders to measure progress, effectiveness and impact, adapting accordingly. Provide direct leadership communication support, coaching and counsel for the senior leadership of India, the APAC region and global business units engaging in the area. Enable them to communicate strategic priorities and initiatives effectively, and to maintain high levels of visibility, engagement and trust with internal and external audiences. Key output to produce, oversee or deliver through other Global Communications teams includes: Leadership messages and business updates for use in internal & external channels. Presentations and talking points for leadership meetings & video-based content. External blogs and thought leadership articles. Coaching for effective and impactful use of internal and external social media. Provide communications support and counsel for key transformation initiatives either taking place within India or the APAC region or likely to impact the wider company - encompassing all internal and external audiences. Ensure company-wide initiatives and campaigns are communicated effectively and consistently in India and the APAC region for internal or external stakeholders. Work with and through other Global Communications teams to deliver the communications plan for India and the APAC region, ensuring the editorial, content and channel approach is implemented consistently and effectively, and in line with agreed strategies and standards. Work closely with other Communications Business Partners in Global Communications to ensure a consistent, co-ordinated and aligned communications approach, to share best practice, and to leverage efficiencies and scale opportunities - including use of toolkits for common communication tasks and processes. What excites us.. Minimum 15 years\' experience - managing people through direct and indirect reporting lines, and ideally with a bachelor\'s degree in communications/PR, journalism or marketing. Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills - able to proactively influence and provide strategic advice and counsel to senior leaders, work effectively with SMEs on projects and campaigns, and manage partners and colleagues to execute communications strategies and plans. Strong business acumen - able to immerse themselves in the DNA of the organizations they support, and understand how they work and their key priorities. Proactive and driven self-starter - can think and act strategically and tactically, and work quickly, flexibly and accurately on multiple projects under pressure and to tight deadlines, independently and as part of a team. Strong understanding of and ability to deliver end-to-end communications - including planning and execution, message development and measurement, change communications, channel management and audience segmentation. Working knowledge of the media and public affairs landscape for India and, preferably, the broader APAC region. Excellent writing and editing skills - able to turn complex material into simple and compelling content and stories that reflects Iron Mountain\'s tone of voice, for internal and external audiences. Can also identify and convert internal content into external content, and vice versa.
