Communications Executive / PR / Social Media Specialist Location: New Delhi Job Type: Full-Time ( 6 Days a week) Scope of the Role Weare seeking a dynamic and versatile Communications Executive with expertise in PR, social media, and brand communication. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop compelling brand messages, foster media relationships, and engage audiences across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities 1. Brand Communication Strategy- Develop and implement brand messaging and positioning strategies.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication goals with brand identity and objectives. 2. Sourcing, & Coverage- Coordinate with stylists and creative professionals for sourcing requests.- Manage relationships for media coverage opportunities and maximize brand exposure. 3. PR &Media Liaison- Build and maintain strong relationships with the media and press.-Coordinate media events, and oversee media monitoring to ensure positive brand representation. 4. Content Creation & Platform Management- Develop and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and website.- Plan, create, and schedule monthly posts and stories that align with brand tone and engage the community.- Calendar management- Coordinate campaign / inhouse shoots. 5. Social Media & Community Engagement- Respond to audience queries, build online community relationships, and increase engagement metrics.- Stay updated on social media trends and implement best practices to drive growth. 6. Website Management- Oversee website updates, content management, and ensure a cohesive brand narrative on all digital channels. 7. Business Proposals- Assist in creating business proposals, presentations, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders. 8. Cross-functional Collaboration- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align communication strategies with overall business goals. 9. Event Management- Plan and coordinate brand events, media launches, and community activities. 10. Data Archiving- Maintain organized archives of media assets, content, and brand data in shared drives. 11. Hiring & Interviewing- Participate in the hiring and interviewing process for various positions.- Manage the onboarding and induction of interns, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources to contribute effectively 12. Performance Analytics- Track and analyze performance metrics on social media, website, and PR coverage; provide insights and recommendations to improve strategies. Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Design ,Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.- Proven experience in brand communication, social media management, or PR (2-3 years)- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation tools, and analytics.- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Creative, adaptable, and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
