At VIDA, Hero Motocorp's Emerging mobility Business Unit, you will go above and beyond your usual role as a Communication- Desinger. You will be able to delve into areas such as space design, storytelling, merchandise and print.
You will be working among an energetic team consisting of transportation, UI/UX and product experience desigers, Product managers and product researchers.A Day in the lifeInterpreting Product Manager Briefs: Understand and translate briefs from product managers into comprehensive product concept documents.
Cross-Department Coordination: Efficiently coordinate with various departments such as the brand and marketing teams, to ensure a clear understanding of the product.
Mobile and Website Development: Contribute to the enhancement and evolution of the mobile customer application and website.
Design Briefs for Vehicle Dashboards: Create detailed design briefs for vehicle dashboards for upcoming products
Brand and Documentation Language: Maintain and update the brand language and documentation standards.Academic Qualification & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Visual Communications (or equivalent)
4+ years of experience in the field of communication designTechnical Skills/KnowledgeStrong portfolio showcasing design process and attention to detail, showcasing proficiency in design fundamentals like typography, composition, hierarchy and scale, visual rhythm and colour.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite,Figma (or equivalent).
Passion for automotive technology and a deep understanding of the relationship between design and functionality.
